After surviving and
healing from a near fatal bicycle accident in October 1991 Beverley decided
to give up her corporate career and pursue a holistic path.
Beverley graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2003 and is
certified in Integrated Deep Tissue Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy as
well as Palliative Massage. Beverley is a member of the American Massage
Therapy Association and the United States Medical Massage Association and
applies Ayurvedic massage techniques, together with modern western massage
and the latest massage technology, to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and as

Beverley is a certified Yoga & Ayurveda Health Educator, having completed
the Ayurvedic Healing Course for Health Care Professionals with the American
Institute of Vedic Studies, and the Advanced Yoga & Ayurveda Course while
studying under Dr. David Frawly (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri). She is a member
of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
Beverley is a Registered Yoga Teacher having trained with Christopher Baxter
of Atma Yoga, a founding member of the Kripalu Institute. Beverley believes
in respecting the unique constitution of each person and applies the
Ayurvedic approach to the eight limbs of classical Yoga for individual
adaptation. Beverley is a member of the Kripalu Teachers Association and
accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Beverley is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
www.I-act.org , and strongly believes that detoxifying the body through
the colon enables us to progress along the health continuum. Beverley uses
colon cleansing in her own health habits, and furnishes gentle, educational
colon cleansing to her clients with the Colenz FDA approved Class 1
non-medical professional open device installed in Sattva Yoga & Healing
Center.
Beverley’s goal is to integrate the healing energies of Yoga, Ayurveda,
Massage and Colon Cleansing to bring harmony to the body and mind.

exercise, meditations and cleansing with the internal factors of the breath,
senses, heart and mind to achieve optimal health and well-being in body,
