•Undress from waist down.
•
•Put on glove - lubricate nozzle and yourself well.
•Sit face up on table.
•Bend knees over bowl.
•Move down towards nozzle.
•Do NOT pull nozzle towards you.
•Insert nozzle, slide flush with bowl.
•Lie back, shifting down towards bowl
  until back of thighs are touching bowl,
  with nozzle well inserted.
•Discard glove and left over lubricant into trash.
•Shake open your drape sheet, and cover
  yourself from waist over knees.
•Ring bell for therapist.
Ring bell at any time for assistance!
